Andrew Bossenmeyer has dedicated his career to promoting customer satisfaction, while honing his skills as a creative marketer, talented communicator, and reliable manager. Co-founding Vantage to share his experience to assist companies better serve their customers and business partners.
Andrew earned a BA in Communication and a BS minor in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton in 1986.
Upon graduating, Andrew began his career with Weight Watchers International, Inc. in Santa Ana, California. Serving as Art Director and editor of the monthly member magazine in 1986. Promoted to Marketing Director, overseeing the yearly marketing campaigns, creation of advertising (print and radio), internal publications, as well as the monthly magazine.
In 1993, Andrew turned his attention to the service industry, specifically Event Management, working for Ogden Facility Management. With an emphasis on guest relations, he garnered first hand experience in guest hospitality at the Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim. This included and extended from including patrons, performers, and dignitaries.
Andrew joined Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA. in 1996, gaining insight into the inner workings of a motorsports distributor. First, applying his customer service skills to the newly formed Customer Service Department, resolving difficult situations in keeping with company directives, while promoting better customer satisfaction. As a Team Leader and Priority Representative, he handled elevated situations and potential legal matters.
In 2001, Andrew was put in charge of the Publications Department, the in-house agency for Yamaha, where he oversaw the technical writing staff, as well as graphic artists. Before the end of 2001, Andrew was moved to Marketing Manager for the emerging Parts and Accessory business. Designing and editing all accessory and apparel catalogs for each product line, setting up and maintaining the accessory and apparel website, creating direct mail programs, providing presence with consumer and dealer displays, packaging, point of purchase, etc., he was able to provide stability while growing the department and business.
