Brought in to help company better position itself for growth in existing market while also trying to expand into newer markets.
BUSINESS PLAN:
Developed new Business Plan providing new mission statement and corporate positioning. Short-term and long-term goals offered dated milestones to be attained. Researched and developed new markets and how to position existing product for seasonal effects.
SALES PROGRAMS:
Created duel level distributor program to better select committed partners to better position and sell product, thus offering added value and support for existing sales partners. Researched and developed business partnership opportunities with higher profile companies in markets product is utilized (i.e. flooring manufacturers, installers and maintenance providers).
ADVERTISING:
Created an advertising campaign designed to promote new product image geared towards each individual target market and ultimate benefit of product use. Re-evaluated companies advertising plan and budget and created a schedule based on editorial content and each market's purchasing habits.
PRODUCT INFORMATION GUIDE:
Designed a compact and all-inclusive product packet to upgrade product image and attract large distributors and potential corporate partners to product and brand.
BROCHURE:
Created tri-fold version of product information guide for easy distribution for customers at events, clinics, and trade shows. Provided to distributors along with branded brochure holder for countertop display.
WEBSITE:
Redesigned company website to incorporate new brand image and new market strategies. Segmented product information. Created maintenance section for promoting better use of product.
